How and when your OGOSH order reaches you.

Delivery timeline

All OGOSH orders are processed and delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a message or email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, courier delays or public holidays can delay delivery beyond 7 to 10 business days.

These delays are outside our control, but we'll do everything we can to get your OGOSH order to you as soon as possible.
