We follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy once an order has been placed and delivered.

Size exchanges are available only for the same design you originally purchased. We can't exchange for a different design.

If your size is unavailable, we'll give you store credit equal to the value of your purchase, to use on your next order at OGOSH.
